Dennis Maida - Resident Artist
Dennis Maida Photography
Quiet Beauty. Enduring Vision.
Dennis Maida is a fine art photographer whose work explores the stillness of forgotten places, the geometry of architectural forms, and the poetic quiet found in rural and minimalist landscapes. A U.S. Navy veteran with over 30 years of service, Dennis turned to photography as a form of therapy following his deployment to Iraq—discovering a profound connection between healing and visual storytelling.
Rooted in themes of solitude, memory, and emotional clarity, Dennis’s images invite viewers to pause, reflect, and rediscover beauty in the understated. From abandoned churches and windswept prairies to coastal structures and vast skies, his work is both intimate and expansive—crafted with intention and timeless restraint.

Artist Statement
Photography, for me, is both a compass and a conversation. It’s how I process the world—and how I hope to help others slow down and see it in a different light. My images aren’t just visual—they’re emotional landscapes meant to evoke quiet, memory, and place.
